A minimum of ten meeting attendees is required for our meeting packages as follows;

Full day meeting : 08.00-17.00 hrs

Price : 1,500 .- per person (Minimum 10 persons)

The Package includes :

•  Complimentary meeting room
•  Western or Thai set lunch at Kalimantan Restaurant
•  Morning refreshment with assorted pastries, juice, coffee& tea
•  Afternoon refreshment with a selection of finger sandwiches, juice, coffee& tea.
•  Floral arrangement
•  Stationary, iced water & mints throughout the day
•  Whiteboard, flipchart, note pads & pencils, screen, no including LCD.

Half day meeting : 08.00-14.00 hrs

Price : 1,200 .- per person (Minimum 10 persons)

The Package includes :

•  Morning refreshment with assorted pastries, juice, coffee& tea
•  Western or Thai set lunch at Kalimantan Restaurant
•  Floral arrangement
•  Stationary, iced water & mints throughout the day

Note : The above rates are nett inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% VAT.

Meeting Rooms
The briza beach resort & spa is specialized to accommodate small groups. A dedicated check-in area off the main lobby may be available. Our professional staff ensures that events from small board meetings to cocktail receptions and special occasions flow seamlessly. Outdoor venues in verdant gardens, poolside or direct on the beach add excitement to outdoor gatherings or dinners under the stars.
